Funding

IF YOU ARE NOT WORKING: Kindly Attach the Following Documents Required for Funding:

1. A copy of a Namibian Identification (ID), Certified by the commissioner of Oath
2. Full Birth Certificate, Certified by the commissioner of Oath
3. A copy/copies of school leaving certificate(s) Grade 11/12 or equivalent, certified by the commissioner of Oath, (this applies to those already with grade 11/12) 
4. A copy of mother’s ID or Death Certificate, certified by the commissioner of Oath, or a Declaration made with the Namibian Police made by any remaining parent/guardian,
5. Mother’s pay slip with the company stamp or declaration made with the commissioner of Oath, in case of unemployment
6. A copy of father’s ID or Death Certificate, certified by the commissioner of Oath, or a Declaration made with the Namibian Police made by any remaining parent/guardian.
7. Father’s pay slip with the company stamp or declaration made with the commissioner of Oath, in case of unemployment
8. In case the applicant is married, provide Spouse’s ID and pay slip instead of parents
9. A copy of declaration that the applicant is not working
